Condor Gold has announced the issuance of 100,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of options by its Non-Executive Director, Ian Stalker, raising £22,000 in gross proceeds. These shares are set to be admitted to trading on AIM and will rank equally with existing shares. As a result, Stalker’s total shareholding in the company will amount to 0.23% of the issued ordinary shares.
