Condor Gold Plc has announced the grant of 4.9 million share options, which is 2.41% of its issued share capital, to directors, employees, and consultants as part of its annual incentive plan. These options are exercisable at £0.28 per share over the next five years, with a structured vesting period, and increase the company’s total outstanding options to 10.59% of its shares. The initiative is aimed at retaining and motivating the company’s key personnel.
