Concurrent Technologies Plc, a specialist in designing and manufacturing advanced computer products for high-performance markets, has announced the posting of its Annual Report and Accounts for 2023, and the Notice of its upcoming AGM scheduled for 20 June 2024. Shareholders are also informed of a proposed final dividend payment of 1 pence per share, subject to approval at the AGM, with a payment date set for 12 July 2024.
