Comvita ( (CVNZF) ) has shared an announcement.

Comvita has disclosed that substantial shareholder Li Wang has exited their position in the company, ceasing to be a substantial product holder as of 20 April 2026. According to the notice, Wang previously held 8.55 million shares, or about 12.13% of Comvita’s issued capital, but now holds no shares.

The entire stake was sold off-market through broker Craigs Investment Partners at $0.68 per share, for total proceeds of approximately $5.82 million. The transaction slightly increased Comvita’s total shares on issue to about 70.56 million, and removes a major holder from the share register, potentially altering the company’s ownership dynamics and liquidity profile for remaining investors.
