Comvita ( (CVNZF) ) has shared an announcement.

According to the notice, Wang previously held 8.55 million shares, or about 12.13% of Comvita’s issued capital, but now holds no shares.
The entire stake was sold off-market through broker Craigs Investment Partners at $0.68 per share, for total proceeds of approximately $5.82 million.
