To ensure stability and motivation among its executive officers and key employees during a period of business disruption, a company has instituted a series of cash retention bonuses. These bonuses, totaling approximately $4.0 million, will be distributed in four quarterly installments over a year, contingent on the recipient’s continued employment. Notably, the Interim CEO has opted out, while other executives, including the CFO and COO, are set to receive substantial sums.
