Comtec Dolar Systems Group Ltd. has announced a rescheduling of its annual general meeting (AGM) to June 28, 2024, from the previously set date of June 25, 2024, to provide shareholders with additional time to consider the Disposal. Consequently, the book closure period has been extended to June 28, ensuring that shareholders registered by this date will be entitled to attend and vote at the rescheduled AGM. The previously dispatched proxy forms will remain valid for the new AGM date.
