Computacenter PLC has actively bought back 93,623 of its own shares on September 2, 2024, through J.P. Morgan Securities, at an average price of 2722.79 pence per share. These shares are to be held in treasury, with the company having bought back over 2 million shares since July 26, 2024. This buy-back is part of a previously announced programme aimed at reducing the share capital and potentially increasing the value of remaining shares.
