Computacenter (GB:CCC) has released an update.
Computacenter PLC has announced the purchase of 125,911 of its own shares on September 12, 2024, as part of its Share Buy-back Programme initiated on July 26, 2024. The shares were bought through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at an average price of 2459.4689 pence per share, with the intention of holding these shares in treasury. After this transaction, Computacenter holds over 11 million shares in treasury, reducing the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) to approximately 111 million.
