Computacenter PLC has announced the buy-back of 116,975 of its own shares on September 10, 2024, at an average price of 2423.6182 pence per share, as part of its Share Buy-back Programme initiated on July 26, 2024. The shares were purchased through J.P. Morgan Securities plc and will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, Computacenter’s treasury holds over 11 million shares, with the total ordinary shares in issue being just over 111 million, excluding those held in treasury.
