Computacenter (GB:CCC) has released an update.
Computacenter PLC has announced the buy-back of 108,042 of its own shares on September 9, 2024, facilitated by J.P. Morgan Securities plc, as part of its ongoing Share Buy-back Programme initiated on July 26, 2024. The shares were bought back at a volume weighted average price of 2462.78 pence each and will be held in treasury, with the company now holding 11,115,252 treasury shares and 111,572,718 ordinary shares in issue.
