Computacenter PLC has announced the purchase of 130,928 of its own ordinary shares on September 13, 2024, as part of a Share Buy-back Programme initiated on July 26, 2024. The shares were bought at an average price of 2472.9186 pence through J.P. Morgan Securities plc, with the company planning to hold these shares in treasury. Following the transaction, Computacenter now holds over 11.6 million shares in treasury, with a total of over 111 million ordinary shares in issue excluding those held in treasury.
