Computacenter PLC has announced the purchase of 121,092 of its own ordinary shares on 11 September 2024, at an average price of 2409.1968 pence per share, as part of its Share Buy-back Programme initiated on 26 July 2024. The shares will be held in treasury, with the company now holding 11,353,319 treasury shares and a total of 111,334,651 shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury.
