Computacenter plc has acquired 159,376 of its own ordinary shares as part of its Share Buy-back Programme, at a volume weighted average price of 2485.86 pence per share on 7 October 2024. The transaction was facilitated by J.P. Morgan Securities plc across multiple trading venues, with the company intending to hold the repurchased shares in treasury. Following this buy-back, Computacenter’s treasury holds over 11.98 million shares, with a total of 108.7 million shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury.
