Computacenter PLC, a UK-based IT service provider, has announced the purchase of 136,717 of its own shares on 18 September 2024 as part of its Share Buy-back Programme initiated on 26 July 2024. The shares were acquired at a volume weighted average price of 2487.2814 pence per share, with the intention of holding them in treasury. Following the transaction, Computacenter holds over 10 million treasury shares, reducing the number of shares in circulation.
