Computacenter PLC has announced the purchase of 99,200 of its own ordinary shares on September 3, 2024, as part of its Share Buy-back Programme, with the shares intended to be held in treasury. The acquisition was conducted through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at a volume weighted average price of 2735.3790 pence per share. Post-purchase, Computacenter holds over 10 million shares in treasury and maintains around 112 million ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
