Computacenter PLC has announced the buy-back of 135,500 of its own ordinary shares on September 17, 2024, at an average price of 2472.2731 pence per share. The transaction was executed through J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the company’s Share Buy-back Programme initiated on July 26, 2024. Following this buy-back, Computacenter now holds 11,878,674 ordinary shares in treasury, reducing the number of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) to 110,809,296.
