Computacenter Director Donates Shares to Charity

Computacenter (GB:CCC) has released an update.

Philip Hulme, Non-Executive Director of Computacenter PLC, has transferred 240,000 Ordinary Shares to The Hadley Trust, a charity where he is a trustee, for no financial return. This transaction represents a minor shift in voting rights, with Hulme’s stake now at 7.75% and the trust’s at 6.68% of the company’s total voting rights.
