Computacenter PLC has announced the purchase of 155,451 of its own shares on October 8, 2024, as part of its Share Buy-back Programme initiated on July 26, 2024. The shares were bought at an average price of 2450.5875 pence per share through J.P. Morgan Securities plc and will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, Computacenter’s treasury holdings total 10,137,225 shares, with 108,550,745 ordinary shares remaining in issue.
