Computacenter PLC has announced the buy-back of 150,881 of its own ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 2428.3569 pence per share on October 14, 2024, as part of its ongoing Share Buy-back Programme. The shares were purchased through J.P. Morgan Securities plc across multiple trading venues including the London Stock Exchange and BATS, with prices ranging from 2412 to 2444 pence per share. Post-transaction, Computacenter’s treasury holds 10,735,188 shares, with the total number of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) standing at 107,952,782.
