Computacenter plc has announced the buy-back of 136,829 of its own shares on October 10, 2024, as part of its ongoing Share Buy-back Programme initiated on July 26, 2024. The shares were acquired at a volume weighted average price of 2414.8486 pence per share through J.P. Morgan Securities plc. Following this transaction, Computacenter now holds 10,430,057 shares in treasury, reducing the number of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) to 108,257,913.
