Computacenter PLC has announced the buy-back of 156,003 of its own shares at an average price of 2443.7118 pence per share, as part of its ongoing Share Buy-back Programme initiated on 26 July 2024. The shares were acquired through J.P. Morgan Securities plc and will be held in treasury, bringing the total number of shares held in treasury to 10,293,228. The purchase reflects the company’s strategy to manage capital and reward shareholders.
