Computacenter PLC, a leading provider of IT infrastructure services, has announced the buy-back of 133,016 of its own shares on September 16, 2024, at an average price of 2457.6943 pence per share. This recent transaction is part of the Share Buy-back Programme that the company had previously announced on July 26, 2024. Post-purchase, Computacenter PLC now holds over 11 million shares in treasury, reducing the number of shares in issue and potentially increasing the value of remaining shares.
