Computacenter PLC disclosed the acquisition of 106,500 of its own shares on September 6, 2024, as part of its Share Buy-back Programme, at a volume weighted average price of 2615.8653 pence per share. These shares are to be held in treasury, and following this transaction, Computacenter’s treasury holds 11,007,210 shares. The buy-back initiative has seen a total of 2,460,349 shares purchased since July 26, 2024.
