Computacenter PLC has continued its Share Buy-back Programme, purchasing 101,194 ordinary shares on September 4, 2024, at a volume weighted average price of 2671.0027 pence each. The acquired shares are to be held in treasury, with the company now holding 10,795,110 treasury shares, and the total shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) stands at 111,892,860. This move follows Computacenter’s previous announcement on 26 July 2024 regarding their share buyback initiative.
