Compugen (CGEN) has released an update.
Compugen Ltd. has announced its 2024 Annual General Meeting to be held on September 12, where shareholders will vote on key proposals including the re-election of directors, amendments to the Articles of Association, and a special CEO cash bonus related to the Gilead Sciences license agreement. The meeting will also involve the re-appointment of their accounting firm and will provide an opportunity to discuss the previous fiscal year’s financial statements. Shareholders of record as of August 5, 2024, are entitled to vote and have been urged to submit their proxies promptly.
