Compugen Ltd. has announced its 2024 Annual General Meeting to be held on September 12, where shareholders will vote on key proposals including the re-election of directors, amendments to the Articles of Association, and a special CEO cash bonus related to the Gilead Sciences license agreement. The meeting will also involve the re-appointment of their accounting firm and will provide an opportunity to discuss the previous fiscal year’s financial statements.
