Comptoir Group PLC, a company specializing in Lebanese, Middle Eastern, and North African inspired cuisine, has announced the appointment of James Fisher as Finance Director and a new Board member. The group operates 28 restaurants, with a mix of owned and franchised outlets across the UK and internationally. Comptoir’s brand portfolio includes Comptoir Libanais, Shawa, Yalla-Yalla, and Kenza, with expansions in Europe and the Middle East.
