An update from Complete Solaria ( (CSLR) ) is now available.
Complete Solaria, Inc. has finalized a significant asset purchase agreement with SunPower Corporation, acquiring specific assets linked to SunPower’s Blue Raven Solar and new homes businesses, as well as their non-installing dealer network. The $45 million cash deal, supported by the issuance of 7.00% Convertible Senior Notes, was approved by the Delaware court and closed on September 30, 2024. Additionally, the companies have entered into a Transition Services Agreement to ensure a smooth handover, with SunPower providing transition services for a fee, while Complete Solaria offers reverse transition services without charge.
