George Goldsmith and Ekaterina Malievskaia have announced their resignations from the board of COMPASS Pathways, effective March 29, 2024. Goldsmith serves as the current Chair, a role that will be taken over by David Norton. Malievskaia is stepping down from the Innovation and Research Committee. Their departures are not due to any disagreements with the company’s operations or practices. Following these changes, the board will be restructured to include eight directors categorized into three different classes.
