COMPASS Pathways (CMPS) has issued an announcement.
Gino Santini has been appointed as the new Chairman and a Class I director of the Company’s board, starting September 3, 2024, with his tenure extending until the next annual general meeting where he can be re-elected. Santini brings a wealth of experience as a senior advisor and board member of various pharmaceutical and biotech companies, drawing on a distinguished career at Eli Lilly. He will receive compensation in line with the Company’s policies, including stock options and cash retainers for his roles on the board and specific committees.
