Compass Minerals International, Inc. has named Ashley Ward as the new Vice President, Corporate Controller, and principal accounting officer starting July 1, 2024. With a decade of experience at Crestwood Equity Partners and previous roles in other notable firms, Ward brings substantial expertise to the company. Her compensation includes a $250,000 base salary, potential for a 30% cash bonus based on performance, and eligibility for equity awards worth 40% of her salary. Ward’s appointment is on an at-will basis and includes a standard Restrictive Covenant Agreement with the company.
