Compass Group PLC has executed a buyback of 55,763 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, as part of its final phase in a $500 million share buyback initiative. The shares, acquired at an average price of £27.52, will be held in treasury to fulfill employee share schemes. This move reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to managing its capital structure.
