Compass Group PLC successfully executed a share buyback on the 30th of August 2024, acquiring 49,129 of its own shares to hold in treasury, primarily to fulfill obligations related to employee share schemes. The shares were bought through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at prices ranging between £23.9700 and £24.0900, contributing to the second phase of a substantial $500 million share buyback program originally announced in November 2023. After this transaction, Compass Group PLC’s total number of voting rights remains at 1,698,611,442 Ordinary Shares.
