Compass Group PLC has announced the buyback of 64,688 of its own shares, which will be held in treasury to fulfill future employee share schemes. This move is part of a larger $500 million share buyback program, of which this is the final stage, with a market equivalent of $250 million. Following the transaction, the company’s total number of voting rights remains at 1,697,981,917 Ordinary Shares.
