Compass (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC has announced the buyback of 60,794 of its own shares as part of the second phase of its $500 million share repurchase plan. The shares, purchased through J.P. Morgan Securities plc, will be used for employee share schemes and other allocations. Following the transaction, the total number of shares in issue and voting rights remains at 1,696,880,930.
