Compass Group PLC has announced the buyback of 143,642 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange as part of its ongoing $500 million share repurchase program. The shares, acquired through broker J.P. Morgan Securities plc, will be held in treasury to fulfill future employee share scheme obligations. The total number of voting rights in the company remains at 1,698,159,143 Ordinary Shares following the transaction.
