Compass (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC announced the purchase of 150,736 of its own shares on September 2, 2024, at prices ranging between £23.8900 and £24.0500, as part of its $500 million share buyback program. The acquired shares are intended for treasury and future employee share scheme obligations. Post-transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company remains at 1,698,460,706 Ordinary Shares.
