Compass Group Advances Final Phase of Share Buyback

Compass (GB:CPG) has released an update.

Compass Group PLC has repurchased 60,857 of its ordinary shares as part of its $250 million share buyback initiative, aimed at fulfilling commitments to employee share schemes. The buyback, executed by J.P. Morgan Securities, is the final phase of the group’s $500 million share repurchase strategy. This move is part of Compass’ broader efforts to manage its capital structure and enhance shareholder value.
