Compass Group PLC completed a share repurchase of 70,986 ordinary shares as a part of its ongoing $500 million buyback program, with shares to be held in treasury for employee schemes. The transaction, executed via J.P. Morgan Securities plc, contributes to the company’s substantial treasury holding and overall share count which totals 1,699,171,388, a figure relevant for shareholder notifications.
