Compass Group PLC has successfully purchased 57,496 of its ordinary shares as part of its $250 million share buyback initiative. These shares, acquired through J.P. Morgan Securities plc, will be held in treasury for future employee share schemes. The buyback is the final phase of Compass’s broader $500 million share repurchase program.
