Compass Gold Corp. has announced a second tranche of convertible debenture offerings aimed at raising $175,000 for corporate operations and advancing the Tarabala Small Gold Mine Project. The funds will support the company’s basic operations and the preparation for a mining application in Mali, building upon the success of their technical team’s trenching work.
