China Investment Fund Company Limited (HK:0612) has released an update.
The company, previously known as China Investment Fund Company Limited, has issued a supplemental announcement detailing the option grants under its 2021 Scheme, with 3 million options having vested after a 12-month period without performance targets. During 2023, only 800,000 options were exercised at an average price of HK$2.47, and the total shares available for issue represented about 8.34% of the ordinary shares in issue. The Remuneration Committee believes this incentivizes Grantees’ contributions to the company’s growth without stringent contribution specifications.
