CommScope Appoints Jennifer Crawford as New SVP and CAO

CommScope Holding (COMM) has provided an update.

CommScope has recently appointed Jennifer L. Crawford as the new Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, effective April 18, 2024. Crawford, who has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a robust history with the company, will take over from Laurie S. Oracion. Her compensation will include a base salary of $355,000, an increased target annual bonus, and participation in the Long-Term Incentive Plan. Additionally, she has a severance protection agreement extending until at least the end of 2026, with provisions for severance pay and health benefits under certain termination conditions.
