Comms Group Ltd., an Australian company, reported a revenue increase of 6.9% to $55.5 million, with underlying EBITDA rising by 37.5% to $6.6 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. Despite growth in revenue and underlying earnings, the company experienced a net loss after tax, which narrowed significantly from $3.1 million to $0.1 million compared to the prior year, excluding a one-time gain from the previous period. Additionally, a modest dividend of 0.25 cents per share was declared.
