Commonwealth Bank Welcomes New Director

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (AU:CBA) has released an update.

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia has announced the appointment of Katherine Neisha Howitt as a new director effective from 1 October 2024. Mrs. Howitt, along with Mr. Diggory William Howitt, holds a direct joint interest in 2,458 fully paid ordinary shares of the bank. No additional interests in securities or contracts were disclosed in the initial director’s interest notice.
