Commonwealth Bank of Australia has issued US$1.75 billion of covered bonds under its US$40 billion CBA Covered Bond Programme, supported by an offering circular dated 2 March 2026 and a pricing supplement dated 21 April 2026. The 4.011% three-year fixed-rate covered bonds, due 30 April 2029, are being issued to satisfy Australian Securities Exchange listing requirements and will be offered outside the United States in compliance with applicable securities laws.
