Webjet Limited has announced that the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) and its affiliated entities have ceased to be a substantial holder in the company as of July 16, 2024. This comes following changes in voting securities interests, detailed in an annexure to their latest notice. The prior notice to Webjet Limited was issued just days earlier on July 12, documenting the changes leading up to this shift.
