Commerzbank ( (DE:CBK) ) has provided an update.

Commerzbank AG, in its role as Stabilisation Coordinator, has announced the possibility of stabilising a EUR 3 billion bond issuance by Kreditanstalt fuer Wiederaufbau (KfW), guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany. The bond, due in January 2035, will be stabilised by Commerzbank along with Barclays Bank, DZ Bank, and UBS, with the stabilisation period expected to start on April 1, 2025, and last up to 30 days. The stabilisation efforts are aimed at supporting the market price of the securities, although such actions are not guaranteed.
