Commerzbank ( (DE:CBK) ) has shared an update.

Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau is issuing a euro benchmark fixed-rate green bond due April 2031 under its EMTN programme, guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany and to be listed on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Commerzbank, acting as stabilisation coordinator alongside Banco Santander, NatWest Markets and UBS, has notified that stabilisation activities and potential over-allotments may be undertaken on the Luxembourg bourse from 9 April 2026 for up to 30 days to help support orderly secondary-market trading in the new KfW green issue.

The planned stabilisation framework signals coordinated dealer support for pricing and liquidity in KfW’s latest benchmark green bond, underscoring continued investor appetite for high-quality, government-backed sustainable debt. The transaction further cements Commerzbank’s and its fellow banks’ roles in facilitating primary issuance and market stability for euro-denominated green bonds within the European capital markets.
