Commerzbank AG, acting as stabilisation coordinator, has announced that it and a syndicate of banks may stabilise a new euro benchmark floating rate note issue by KBC IFIMA S.A., guaranteed by KBC Bank NV, under KBC IFIMA’s Euro Medium Term Note programme. The securities, denominated in EUR 100,000 and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, are floating rate notes maturing on 24 February 2028.
The stabilisation period is expected to begin on 16 February 2026 and may run for up to 30 days after the securities’ issue date, during which the stabilising managers can over‑allot notes or conduct transactions to support the market price. Any such actions will be carried out on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange in line with EU Market Abuse Regulation rules, and there is no assurance that stabilisation will occur or continue for the full period.
