Commerzbank ( (DE:CBK) ) has issued an update.

Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau has issued a €5bn 2.875% green bond maturing in June 2031, backed by a guarantee from the Federal Republic of Germany and launched under its EMTN programme. The bond, identified by ISIN XS3344416287, is positioned as a sizeable, high-quality green benchmark in the euro market.

Commerzbank announced that no price stabilisation measures were carried out in connection with this KfW green bond offering, despite being named as stabilisation coordinator alongside several other major banks. The absence of stabilisation activity suggests that the bond traded in an orderly manner without requiring market support, underscoring robust investor demand and stable pricing conditions for this high-grade green issuance.
